Congratulations Lynus and to all the Year 5 children who had their hair shaved or coloured today. You are all amazing! So far $1800 has been raised with more still to be counted. An update will follow shortly.
Big Bash Cricket and Family BBQ is this Friday 17, March on St Patrick's Day. Starts at 4:30pm on the school oval. We have four teams ready to rumble their way to Big Bash glory! The school will provide the BBQ meat and families to bring their own salad, drinks and chairs etc. A bouncy castle for children not competing will be available at no cost to parents.
Congratulations to Jennie Linto for being the MJR recipient of Brigid the Bear. A very worthwhile recipient. Her full story is in the Week 7 newsletter issue now online.
This Sunday, 19 March Bishop Holohan will celebrate Mass with us at 5:00pm in the Church. After Mass the Parish is cooking pizzas for us to have and share in a meal. All families are encouraged to attend as this will be a Childrens' Mass.
Congratulations to Quinn House for winning the St Brigid's School Swimming Carnival last Friday. Thank you to all our wonderful parents and staff for helping make the day fantastic for the children competing. Awesome job everyone!
